Prior to forming Affordable Gas & Electric Company, LLC, in 2012, Jeff was Vice President of NFuse Direct, an outsourced sales partner for nationally recognized energy suppliers such as Constellation Energy, Vectren Source, Direct Energy, Green Mountain Energy. In addition, he is credited with the national rollout of a newly developed sales channel for the nation’s largest solid waste management company, Waste Management.

Before joining Affordable Gas & Electric Company, LLC, Ross was a Project Manager at NFuse Direct, where he oversaw back-office operations for numerous retail energy, telecom, and waste management campaigns. With a BSBA in Finance & Management and a longstanding passion for all things technology, he is an experienced website and database developer, and has 10 years of general IT deployment expertise.

Jordan graduated from SIU Edwardsville in December of 2012 with a business degree. In his role with Affordable Gas & Electric, he works closely with various community and civic leaders in Southern Illinois by coordinating municipal electricity aggregation ballot initiatives, developing voter education programs, and organizing key electricity load data essential to the aggregation process for each municipality.

Rob graduated from MVTHS and Eastern Illinois University in the 70s with a degree in business and has worked in sales for several companies in central and southern Illinois. He has experience in the deregulated telephone business, where he worked with commercial customers to secure lower long distance rates. Rob is also widely known for his work in broadcasting as sports director for WMIX Radio and Cablevision and as a columnist for Mt. Vernon Register-News.

Prior to joining AGE, Bruce served as the Executive Director of the Murphysboro, IL Chamber of Commerce. In the years prior to his tenure at the Chamber, he worked in the professionally regulated industries of real estate, banking, and insurance in both sales and management capacities. Bruce holds a BS in Workforce Education with specialization in Education Training Development, and a Masters in Public Administration and Policy.

Ross graduated from the University of Alabama in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management. Prior to joining AGE, he worked in business development in the banking and insurance industries, and has also worked as a consultant for a software company serving the oil and gas industry. Ross is deeply involved in the community, sitting on the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Rome Grade School Foundation Board of Directors. Previously, he has served on the Board of Directors of CASA of Jefferson County.

Bob brings over 26 years of electric and gas utility experience to AGE’s management team having worked for Illinois Power and later Dynegy. He served as Senior Regional Manager and chief media spokesman for the metro-east Illinois service area and as account manager of the region’s top 50 customers. Bob also developed and oversaw the commercial energy auditing program for Illinois Power and was a key a member of the Illinois Power Deregulation Transition Team which gave him unique insight and knowledge of deregulation’s inner workings and subsequent consumer opportunities. Bob is a DOE Certified Energy Auditor, having received advanced education and training in the areas of lighting and commercial and industrial energy management.

Terry is a graduate of SIU-C and earned his degree in Education Administration from Eastern Illinois University. A veteran of the Illinois school system, Milt spent the past 35 years as a teacher, coach, principal and superintendent for school districts in Fairfield, Mt. Vernon, and Dupo. Milt recently retired as Superintendent from Johnston City’s school district but has continued to substitute teach and coach to stay involved with his passion for our youth.

Brandon earned a degree in Marketing at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and has prior sales and management experience in banking, insurance, hospitality and entertainment. His community service includes past Executive Director and President of the Jefferson Co Chamber of Commerce, an Executive Team Member of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, as well as past facilitator of the Jefferson Co CEO Program. Brandon primarily advises clients and customers on both Community Solar and Behind-the-Meter Solar Solutions.
